About Benjamin Maynard

In 2023, Benjamin Maynard launched Pixel Realty with a mission to create a more equitable, transparent future in real estate. Frustrated by the industry's status quo, Ben designed a brokerage model centered on fairness and agent empowerment—featuring Florida’s lowest annual cap and a zero-fee structure. His goal: ensure agents keep more of what they earn and thrive in a supportive, modern brokerage built for their success.

Ben’s approach isn’t just innovative—it’s personal. With over a decade of experience in both architecture and real estate, he understands the complexity of the housing industry from multiple angles. His work spans residential, commercial, and luxury markets, and he brings strategic insight, technical skill, and design-thinking to every decision. His background in architecture sharpened his eye for detail and sparked his passion for building systems that work—for people, not just profit.

Outside of the brokerage, Ben is a vocal advocate for inclusion and ethical leadership in the industry. In 2024, he joined the board of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance (Orlando Chapter). In this role, he’s focused on expanding the organization’s reach and impact—promoting greater visibility, spearheading community outreach, and helping shape a more inclusive real estate culture.

His belief is that everyone deserves access to equal opportunity. Through Pixel Realty and his community work, he’s redefining what it means to lead in real estate—with transparency, integrity, and purpose.
